The purpose of this website is to explain how our biorhythm chart can enhance our daily lives through empowerment, and ultimately take charge, by using what we learn to determine when we should incorporate other tools. Tools to be explored included anything that will help the human body, mind or spirit. Each of these rhythms goes through three different phases on the biorhythm chart; high, critical and low. Compared with the number of days for each to cycle, we will have different power days and critical days for each rhythm at different times throughout the biorhythm chart. The 4 groups of rhythms are: *4 Primary rhythms which are called physical cycle(23 day cycle), emotional(33 days), intellectual cycle(28 days), and intuitive. *3 Secondary rhythms which are wisdom, mastery and passion. Wisdom is basically emotional and intellectual together. Mastery is intellectual and physical together. Passion is physical and emotional together. *3 Extra rhythms are perception, psychic and success. We get these by combining each with the intuitive biorhythm to measure the highs and lows in each area. *3 I-Ching rhythms are aesthetic, awareness and spiritual. How each of these rhythms affect us will teach us more about how we will deal with ourselves, each other and certain situations. We should prepare ahead of time, just as we would our daily outfits and hygiene. We now can be ahead of our game by scheduling tests or exams or races during the best time in our biorhythm chart. On an intellectual level, just by knowing about a potential bad day will entice us to be more careful...thus avoiding accidents, arguments or possibly even weight gain. Intuitively, we might even have better luck or increase the accuracy of our gut feelings and even become more psychic. Evidence of the biorhythm chart is plentiful. There are a number of studies that prove monitoring your biorhythm chart can help to explain everything from having a bad day to things like herbs, vitamins and medications being more effectual (or not) during all the different highs and lows. Many people, including celebrities, report an improvement in the quality of their lives by monitoring their biorhythms. The biorhythm chart begins on the day of our birth and from then on the cycles ebb and flow, up and down all the way to present day. These cycles will never be the same as our birthday except for ages 58 and 66. Numerological, astrological and auric cycles are other ways to study our natural cycles, and if we compare them together with our biorhythm chart we might really be able to make the best of our critical days. There is one day of change on the biorhythm chart which is referred to as a "Critical" day. This is the day when we are most vulnerable because we are in the process of changing from positive to negative, or vice versa. These points in our cycle are when we are most likely to be suffering, or that day everything may go crazy in our life. We may even be more likely to become ill on those days. These are the days that we should take it easy and use this time to maintain all the things that we created on our more powerful days. There are many ways to monitor our bodies, while we are watching our biorhythm chart, and we will try to explore as many as we can. In the same token there are also many ways to take care of ourselves as well. This is where we will be learning as much as possible so we have a lot of tools in our toolbox to be responsible for our own bodies and our own lives. Can following our biorhythm chart empower our body, mind and spirit? Making decisions with wisdom will improve the success in our quality of life. So please enjoy each and every page because information is knowledge, and knowledge is power. Let us all become empowered together! www.coloncleansing.org Online engineering schools |
